"La bitácora del aventurero" compiles a sample of my art pieces in a portfolio format. It is my official art project, wich is under constant evolution to mature into a colossal multimedia project, which will include sketchbooks and artbooks, writing, worldbuilding, videogames, animation and more.It is also my work platform, you can see what I offer in the Commission tab.

What I can and cannot draw?I can draw human characters and creactures, with different proportions and stylisation.
I dare to draw characters of different ages; design sheets of items and assets; buildings, vegetation and environments; mechas, robots and machinery in simple angles.
I cannot draw —yet— poses nor expressions in clomplex angles with foreshortening; multiple characters interacting between them; erotic scenes; Fine Arts quality ligthing and shading; sequential art and storyboards; animations.

Character Art and Illustration, price from USD $40.00 to $100.00

Includes:

  • PNG files, with the format of a Manga B4 size or square dimensions, with a resolution of up to 4000 pixels of height or width (unless a diferent size is requested).

  • Art of the character with requested pose or composition.

  • Three variants to be delivered with a simple blackground: transparent, flat color and textured/abstract shapes.

  • Artistic style of choice: Sketch and Line, Line Art and Flat Colors, Line Art and Cel Shading, Line Art and Advanced Shading.

Extras:
1. Sheet with preliminary sketches, free of cost.
2. A complex scene or background with dramatic perspective. Adds from $40.00 to $100.00.
3. PSD or Clip file, with differenciated and clean layers (sketch, lineart, color, shading) with commercial rights. Adds 20% to the total cost.Important:
The final price depends on the complexity of the work and will increase based on these aspects: character design, level of details, type of shading.
If it is necessary to design the character, price increases in about $30.00 minimum, with its due revision process.Turnaround time:
Base work requires at least 2 weeks, depending on the complexity. Any extra work, including character design, may add 1 week.Requirements:
1. Provide, in a specific way, the pose, expression and garments you want the character drawn.
2. For best results provide reference images.
3. All the art pieces should be agreed for pricing and payment method, before work starts.Revision process:
1. Starts with an exploration phase with thumbnails sketches to determine proportions and composition, stablishing the features of the character, values and colors. It includes items and other parts that may require clarification. Ends with approval of a preparatory illustration sketch, including the color palette.
2. Any drastic change requested after approval will incur in an additional cost to be paid upfront.
3. Cleanup sketch before starting Line Art work, minor changes and fixes are allowed.
4. Line Art.
5. Flat colors.
6. Shading and final polishing of the art.
7. Minor fixes are free.

Terms and Agreements

Pricing and Payment
1. Prices in the commission sheet are just a guideline, final price depends on complexity of the project.
2. All the assets of the commission must be agreed upon before estimating price. And said price must be confirmed before work starts.
3. Payment is done in two parts, first half before work starts.
4. Second half after the color sketch is aproved, before final rendering.
5. Payments are accepted with PayPal (5% transaction fee added).Process and deliverables
1. The final product, which may include multiple pieces of art, will be only delivered once the full payment has been made.
2. The client will be updated regularly throughout the whole process.
3. Time for delivery: at least 2 weeks.
4. If a faster delivery is required, it might be done with a negotiated fee.Revisions
1. Revisions are possible, and necesary, in every stage of the process before color sketch approval.
2. Once the color sketch is approved only a handful of small fixes are allowed, free of charge.
3. Any drastic change, after the sketch has been approved for final rendering, might incur in an additional cost of up to 50% of the base price, to be paid before work continues.

Refunds
1. No refunds once work has started.
2. If under an extraordinary reason, I'm unable to finish the commission, payment will be fully refunded.Responsibilities
1. After the first payment, I am responsible of finishing the commission in a reasonable timeframe.
2. The client must provide references and precise information of what he needs, avoiding unnecessary friction in the process.
3. The client must give feedback regularly to guarantee the quality of the product.
4. The client should ask any doubt about the process.
5. Once work has started the client agrees to pay the full agreed amount.Copyright & Usages
1. I retain full copyright of all artworks unless commercial rights are purchased.
2. The final product will be signed.
3. I can alwasy claim authorship of the artwork.
4. I have the right to display the art piece in my portfolio, social media or promotional material.
